Be Creative

Being creative can take on so many forms.

How about arts and crafts?  Colouring books?  Taking raw ingredients and turning them into something edible and delicious?  Planting a seed or a bulb and watching it grow?

How about expressing your thoughts and feelings in words in a blog or poetry or some other form of writing.

Being creative can not only be a release but can also bring a sense of achievement, a sense of accomplishment.  If you are mindful and focusing on the task in hand, your mind is also free of the rumination and thoughts that might otherwise be distracting or destructive.
