When you achieve something, do something good, or something good happens – no matter how small it is, if it makes you smile then write it on a piece of paper with the date and how you felt and pop it in a jar. At the end of the year (or a significant period of time) you can then tip them all out and read and reflect all the good things you have achieved or that have happened for you. Then you can celebrate with pride your accomplishments!
Children love this and it is a great step to creating positive thinking.
