Step outside of your comfort zone

Once on the path of recovery, you might be tempted to step outside of your comfort zone.  To challenge yourself to new adventures, or to simply do something that you weren’t able to do before.

For me, my first big adventure outside of my comfort zone was my solo trip to London involving trains (where I had previously suffered panic attacks), the tube and watching a theatre show.
