Traditional treatment methods

I’m sure I am not speaking out of turn to suggest that during your visit to the GP where they gave you your mental illness label they also handed you a prescription for anti depressant medication.  Its certainly what happened to me and the many people I speak to.

If you’re lucky (dependent on where you live), you may also have been handed a leaflet for counselling or a therapist.  But, if you’re anything like me, the depression and anxiety were too much to have the will to even pick up the phone to make the call and speak to somebody.

Other, more traditional sources of treatment include:
